The NACAC Virtual Conference will offer two full days of educational content and a virtual expo highlighting college admission counseling tools, platforms, and services. Among the special features of this new and reimagined conference are "super sessions" that examine critical issues facing the counseling and admission profession. The Supersessions will feature college presidents discussing how campuses are grappling with the coronavirus pandemic; and authors, journalists, and experts will explore the national conversation about race and equity and how the current climate is impacting college admission. This entirely new and reimagined program will take the place of the national conference this year. In addition, new content will be provided each month for the academic year.

If you cannot make the live conference times, no worries! You will have access to all of the content on demand until October 31, as well as the monthly educational offerings for the duration of the academic year. If you'd like to extend the time of your content streaming access, you will also have that opportunity.
In a video message, NACAC's CEO Angel B. Pérez announced the cancellation and also NACAC's pivot to quickly launch two innovative virtual programs for the college admission profession.

Pre-Conference and Social Fees
You may have registered for activities at the national conference that required a separate fee, such as preconference workshops, preconference seminars, and social events. If so, these fees will be refunded to you.
If you made a housing reservation through NACAC, this reservation has been automatically canceled. You will receive confirmation directly from our housing service provider, Experient, via email.

Registration Terms and Policies
All applicable fees and costs for the national conference must be paid in full at the time of registration. Purchase Orders are not accepted for the NACAC Virtual Conference. NACAC WAIVERS LIABILITY: I acknowledge that I will be participating in NACAC Virtual Conference events and activities of my own free will and intention. I assume responsibility for all risks associated with my participation in these events and activities. By registering for this conference, for myself, my estate, and my heirs, I hereby release and discharge and agree to indemnify and forever hold harmless NACAC and its members, managers, officers, directors, agents, volunteers, representatives, and employees, from any and all causes of action and damages arising from or relating to my participation in the virtual conference, except to the extent caused solely by NACAC’s negligence or misconduct. I also agree not to allow any other individual to participate in my place (unless I notify NACAC of the need for a substitution for my conference registration in advance and such individual executes the registration form and any required agreements and releases). CONSENT TO USE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES: I understand that by participating in the NACAC Virtual Conference, I grant NACAC the right to use my image, video or quotes for internal/external use. CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS: There will be no refunds for the NACAC Virtual Conference. If you are unable to make the virtual live conference, you will have full access to all the content on demand until October 31. If you would like to transfer your registration to another individual, please do so via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
