Volunteering is a great way to connect with NACAC and network during the national conference.
You don't have to be from Boston to participate, but you must be registered to attend the full conference (Thursday through Saturday), unless otherwise noted.
Volunteers are needed to assist with following onsite activities. Use the link below to indicate the committees for which you would like to volunteer, in order of preference. We will do our best to accommodate your first-choice request..
ALL VOLNTEERS MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE
- Hospitality Subcommittee
Assist with hospitality within the convention center, providing directions to local activities/sites and manning the NACAC information booth. Volunteers will be scheduled for two-hour shifts Tuesday through Saturday. (Note: This committee is primarily seeking volunteers from Boston or the surrounding area.) Sign up!
- Logistical Arrangements Subcommittee
Assist with monitoring the keynote/general session room, educational sessions, and other meeting rooms. Tasks include door scanning. Volunteers will be scheduled for two-hour shifts Tuesday through Saturday. This committee needs the largest number of volunteers. Sign Up!
- Registration Subcommittee
Assist with self-scan registration and distribution of registration materials. Volunteers will be scheduled for two-hour shifts Wednesday through Friday. Sign up!
- Special Events Subcommittee
Assist with the Welcome Reception and Saturday Social. Volunteers will be scheduled for two-hour shifts during the evening hours of Thursday and Saturday. Sign up!
All volunteers must be registered for the conference, so we will touch base with you after registration opens to remind you to do so. Any individual signed up to volunteer but not registered by August will not be contacted to select a volunteer time slot. Thank you for your time and service to NACAC and the national conference!
