Local Counselor Conference Experience

Public School Counselors in the Houston Area

The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) is a nonprofit professional association with a mission to empower college admission counseling professionals through education, advocacy, and community.

NACAC will be in your back yard September 22-24 for NACAC Conference 2022, the premier professional event for those supporting students as they transition to postsecondary education, and on September 25 for the NACAC National College Fair in Houston, which is free and open to the public.

We are proud to support local public school counselors by providing free conference registration for either the virtual or in-person conference experience. For each Houston area high school, we welcome one professional who serves in a college advising role to attend conference with a complimentary registration.

Details regarding this program and information on how to submit candidacy has been shared with Houston area district superintendents and through our partnership with Texas Association for College Admission Counseling (TACAC).
