NACAC Conference 2022 is finally here! Take advantage of these helpful tips to help you make the most of your time at the premier event for college admission counseling professionals! Conference Resources 

Mobile App 

Download the NACAC Conference 2022 Mobile App and start planning your experience. The app will be your one-stop shop for educational session details, featured speakers, exhibitors, the conference schedule, and more. Please login to the app at least 24 hours prior to NACAC Conference 2022 to set up your profile, plan your schedule, and begin connecting with other conference attendees. All attendees were sent a separate email with login credentials. If you have not seen it, please check your spam folder. If you are unable to locate it, login using your NACAC Conference 2022 registration email address and enter the registration ID from your confirmation. If you attended last year's conference, enter your previous password or request to reset it through the app. To support sustainability and provide you with immediate schedule updates via the app, there will not be a printed program available on site.

Health and Safety Protocols 

NACAC’s priority is the health and safety of our conference participants. Our goal is to hold a safe event while recognizing it is not possible to remove all risks, particularly concerning COVID-19. NACAC Health and Safety protocols have been set with guidance from the CDC and public health departments, along with federal, state, and local regulations. Learn more about the health and safety protocols in place for NACAC Conference 2022.   

COVID-19 Vaccine Verification or Proof of Negative PCR Test 

Conference participants must provide proof of vaccination (proof of boosters are not required) or a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arriving at conference. For detailed instructions, please refer to the email sent to all registered attendees.

To pick up your NACAC Conference 2022 badge:  

  1. Present your CLEAR Health Pass QR code to NACAC staff on site. Once scanned, receive your ticket and proceed to the Badge Pick-up area. 
  2. Scan your registration QR code at one of the Registration Scanning Stations to receive your badge. 
       - All conference attendees will receive a QR code via email. 
       - If you don't have your QR code, present a photo ID and a NACAC staff member can assist you. 
  3. Proceed to Resource Pickup to grab your lanyard and NACAC Conference 2022 tote bag

Conference Attire 

Business casual attire is recommended. Please note, the climate inside the convention center will be cooler than outdoors. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
