The event request form must be completed for all events held in conjunction with the national conference. NACAC reserves the right to require time changes if the request conflicts with a NACAC event.
NACAC's goal is for all attendees to have the opportunity to enjoy the conference to its fullest capacity, while still having the option to attend special events during non-conference hours. In order to ensure that events do not conflict with the official NACAC National Conference, requests must fall in the following time slots.
Tuesday, Sept. 12: No restrictions
Wednesday, Sept. 13: No restrictions
Thursday, Sept. 27: 5 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. OR 8:30 p.m. – 12 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 28: 5 a.m. – 8 a.m. OR 6 p.m. – 12 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 29: 5 a.m. – 8 a.m.
If requesting space in a NACAC contracted venue, audio/visual support and catering must be ordered through NACAC's exclusive providers. Contact information for these providers will be sent when events are confirmed and scheduled in July.
Requests for NACAC space are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. To be first in line please have your requests submitted by April 20. Requests received after Aug. 4 will not be accommodated
