Frequently Asked Questions

When does Registration open?
Registration for the NACAC Virtual Conference is now open. For more information, visit our Virtual Conference page.

When is NACAC 2020?
In light of continued concern surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on travel and large multi-day gatherings, NACAC has made the decision to go virtual for the health and safety of our members, attendees, and staff. Though certainly not the full experience of an in-person national conference, the new NACAC Virtual Conference will include three days of conference events September 22-24 with additional monthly virtual professional development events between October 2020 and March 2021.

What if I want to attend the Virtual Conference but I can't during those times?
If you cannot make the live conference times, no worries! You will have access to all of the content on demand until October 31, as well as the monthly educational offerings for the duration of the academic year. If you'd like to extend the time of your content streaming access, you will also have that opportunity.

When is the latest deadline for cancelation?
There will be no refunds for the NACAC Virtual Conference. If you are unable to make the virtual live conference, you will have full access to all the content on demand until October 31. If you would like to transfer your registration to another individual, please do so via email at Visit our Registration Terms and Policies page or our Virtual Conference page for more detail.

What do I do about Hotel and Travel arrangements?
If you made a hotel reservation in the official conference block through Experient, you will receive cancellation information directly from Experient within the next day. If you made arrangements through other channels you will be responsible for cancelling those reservations on your own. You are responsible for cancelling your own travel arrangements.
