When does Registration open?
NACAC's Registration will open on April 21, 2020. See NACAC's message about Coronavirus and upcoming conferences.

When is NACAC 2020? When should I arrive in Minneapolis?
NACAC 2020 is from Thursday, September 24 - Saturday, September 26, 2020. We recommend arriving in Minneapolis by Thursday morning to attend Education Sessions beginning at 12:30 p.m. Preconference Workshops start on Wednesday morning and Preconference Seminars are Thursday morning. What should I know if I am attending NACAC for the first time?

When is the latest deadline for cancelation?
Cancelation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing. National conference and preconference workshop refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee each. To receive a full refund (less processing fees), cancelations must be received on or before August 11. No refunds will be processed for requests received on or after August 12 or for no shows. You do have the option of transferring (substituting) the registration to another individual via email. Additional social tickets and contributions to the Imagine Fund campaign are non-refundable. If I need to cancel my conference registration, will I be able to cancel my hotel and travel without penalty?
Each hotel requires cancellation 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room rate plus tax. Be sure to check your individual airline's cancelation policies before booking your flight. Visit our Hotels page or our Getting to Minneapolis page for more detail about booking your trip.
