Real Talk: Students and Families

“Real Talk” examines diversity, bias, and cultural fluency as they apply to our interactions with students. Gain the knowledge and skills necessary for talking about sensitive subjects with students and families in the college admission process.  Lisa D. Walker, former director of Cross Cultural Student Development at the University of California-Berkeley, will facilitate the session. At Berkeley, Walker collaborated with campus partners to address climate, equity, and inclusion issues related to students, faculty, staff, and the administration. This session is a NACAC Inclusion, Access, and Success initiative.
