Join a discussion about diversity, bias, and cultural fluency in the workplace in “Real Talk.” Facilitated by Lisa D. Walker, former director of Cross Cultural Student Development at the University of California-Berkeley, the session offers the knowledge and skills necessary for talking about sensitive subjects with co-workers, supervisors, and others in multicultural work settings. At Berkeley, Walker collaborated with campus partners to address climate, equity, and inclusion issues related to students, faculty, staff, and the administration. This session is a NACAC Inclusion, Access, and Success initiative.
